In these Terms, references to “you”, “User” shall mean the end user accessing this Website, its contents and using the Services offered through this Website.

Following are the terms of use:

  • Any product purchased through us are without gurantee/warranty of any kind either expressed or implied.
  • No guarantee/warranty apply to durability,strength,breakage,polish & falling of stones in ornaments as some are intricately designed & some are light weight.All these largely depend on careful storage & appropriate handling.However,we can try to repair the jewellery purchased from us within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Weight has no relevance as all items are sold on MRP basis.
  • Silver articles get blackened by ozone,hydrogen,sulphide & sulphur dioxide. These substances are present in polluted air hence blackening of articles is not due to impure silver.
  • Discoloration of Jewellery: the discoloring of jewellery may sometimes occur due to reaction with mercury,rose water,perfumes,flowers,acid spillage,exposure of solder etc. incase of any such issue you may let us know about the same & we may try our best to resolve the same. Any such issue should not be considered as inferior in quality.
  • You should take full responsibility for your own actions in utilizing the products purchased by you. We shall not be responsible for any such action.
  • You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract & are not a person barred from receiving services under the various laws applicable in india.
  • Harmony shall not be responsible for any payment deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the products purchased through us.
  • Pricing information of the products shall be disclosed to you at the time of purchase. Harmony does not guarantee you that the prices of our products will be lowest in the city,region or geography.
  • Availability & prices of the products are subject to change without any prior notice or any consequential liability to you.
  • While Harmony strives to provide accurate & correct information relating to our products which includes pricing,typographical & other errors may occur.
  • In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Harmony may, at its discretion, whether contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
  • Harmony reserves the right to cancel any past,pending or future orders without any liability if they deem such orders to be suspicious or fraudulent.
  • Harmony also reserves a right to cancel your order without assigning any reason for the same.
  • Your use of our website & any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of india & particularly subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
