Refund policy

RETURN,CANCELLATION OR EXCHANGE POLICY:

We hope you will be absolutely delighted with your new jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase; harmony is happy to offer you a return, cancellation & exchange policy. Please find the details for the same

NOTIFY:

If you wish to make a return or exchange any product bought by you. Notify us within 48 hours of receipt of order. Email us on harmonysilverlinings@gmail.com

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case you placed an order & no longer wish to buy; please cancel you order within 24 hours it was placed. As we try & ship it as soon as we receive your order to ensure faster delivery. To cancel your order you can write us on harmonysilverlinings@gmail.com . Products once dispatched for delivery will not be eligible for cancellation. It may take 4-7 days to process your refund after cancellation of order.

MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY:

We offer a ‘RETURN POLICY ON FULL PRICED ITEMS’. In case the product received by you is broken, tampered packaging, wrong product received ,please feel free to return it within 3 days from the day you receive it. In case you wish to return your product, kindly inform us within 3 days on receipt of product.  Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your delivered address. We will charge a minor fee of Rs.100/- for the returns as we are offering free shipping to you the first time. Once the product is received by us refund will be credited to your original form of payment whatever that may be. The returns may take a long time for us as we may receive the returned product back in 10-15 days. We appreciate your patience in this. It may take upto 10 days to process your refund once the returned product is received by us.

REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE POLICY:

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged/defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product, provided we have a replacement in stock at no extra cost. In case the product, which is to be replaced,is not in stock ,then the customer will be offered the choice of a similar product with little or no difference in price. In case the customer chooses a different product, then the customer must pay the difference of  amount between the returned product & new product. In case the price of new product is less than the replaced product then we will refund you the balance amount. However it may take us few days to initiate the amount due to you.   If customer refuses the replace In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with us. Customer should usually inspect & refuse to accept the shipment if they find that the package has been opened or tampered with. The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURNS & REPLACEMENT:

  • Products should not show signs of wear & tear, products should not have been resized or altercated & should have the tags intact & attached.
  • Please notify us of receipt of damaged/defective product within maximum of 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels & invoices.
  • You are required to mail us a photograph of the damaged/incorrect product. It is the discretion of our quality check team whether the product is approved for return.
  • We will notify the customer once the returned product has been received by us & upon inspection of the package/product, our customer agents will decide further course of action which will be binding on the customer.
  • Once the product is approved for return, we will arrange for a pick-up.
  • We are not responsible for any damaged packages or packages lost in transit. We are not liable for any returns that we are not satisfied of.
  • The following does not qualify for refunds: packages lost in shipment, package refused by recipient, products that has been returned in a used or damaged condition.
